Founder & CEO, Inception Fertility Ventures
TJ has a 20-year history of innovation and successful start-ups. In 2005, TJ was the founder of SightLine Health, which grew to one of the largest providers of radiation oncology services in the US, with clinical operations in Texas, California, Washington, Kansas, and Colorado. SightLine Health was listed on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing private companies in the US for five consecutive years, and in 2010 was named the fastest growing company in Houston by the Houston Business Journal and the fourth fastest growing healthcare company is the US by Inc. Magazine. After a 2-year journey of infertility, TJ resigned his position as the CEO of SightLine Health on a mission to ensure that patients coming after he and his wife would not have many of the same frustrations they experienced. TJ maintains his position on the board of directors of SightLine Health and remains engaged in the continued success of his first company. TJ also sits on the board of directors of Mammoplan, the developer of a women’s health app, and CureDuchenne, a non-profit dedicated to finding a cure for Duchenne muscular dystrophy. TJ holds a BA in Government and a BS in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He was named one of Houston’s 40 under 40 in 2011 and he was the 2014 winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Healthcare.
Chantell was actively involved with the initial development of Inception Fertility Ventures, and remains active as an important advisor to the management team. Ms. Preston herself has a daughter through the use of assisted fertility treatment, and provides an additional perspective for the Inception Fertility Ventures team as they continually try to improve on the model they have developed. A graduate of Texas A&M University with her Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University, she has served in both consulting and executive level capacities for both public and privately-held organizations. She has gained a substantial breadth of knowledge through years of experience in healthcare specific space planning, design, construction, operational implementation and licensing for a wide variety of healthcare facilities.
MOHIT KHERA, MD MPH MBA
Baylor College of Medicine
Dr. Khera is a Professor in the Scott Department of Urology at Baylor College of Medicine, specializing in Male Infertility and Male and Female Sexual Dysfunction. He also serves as the Director of the Laboratory for Andrology Research at Baylor College of Medicine and Medical Director of the Houston Hospital for Specialized Surgery. Dr. Khera earned his undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University. He subsequently earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration and his Masters Degree in Public Health from Boston University. He received his Medical Degree from The University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio and completed his Residency training in the Scott Department of Urology at Baylor College of Medicine. After finishing a six-year residency in Urology, he completed a fellowship in Male Reproductive Medicine and Surgery with Dr. Larry I. Lipshultz. Dr. Khera is a valuable resource to the management team at Inception Fertility Ventures, providing clinical guidance and advice regarding the refinement of male factor fertility aspects of Inception Fertility centers- a component too often ignored by existing fertility clinics.
Partner, Healthcare M&A, KPMG
Bill has conducted numerous due diligence investigations of target companies throughout the United States in the healthcare industry, including a wide variety of providers and payors. He has also served in a senior merger and acquisition role and in operational management within the healthcare industry before joining KPMG. He has worked for both strategic and financial buyers on acquisition and sell-side due diligence, transaction structuring, preparation of financial projections, and review of sale and purchase agreements. Bill joined the Board of Directors at SightLine Health in 2008 and was a trusted advisor to management in the growth of that organization. Bill is a graduate of Baylor University and Baylor University Graduate School of Business.

Chris Bright is the Chief Operations Officer of Integrated Oncology Network, LLC. Prior to ION, Mr. Bright was the Chief Operations Officer at SightLine Health and assisted in the startup of SightLine in July 2005. SightLine Health is a leading, national healthcare company that builds and operates patient-focused facilities providing advanced, non-invasive treatment options for cancer. He is the former Divisional CEO of SightLine Development Company and was responsible for joint ventures, strategic alliances and partner relations. Previously, he was the National Sales Director for Ramic Medical Imaging, which consisted of thirty-eight multi-modality outpatient diagnostic imaging centers.
