TJ has a 20-year history of innovation and successful start-ups. In 2005, TJ was the founder of SightLine Health, which grew to one of the largest providers of radiation oncology services in the US, with clinical operations in Texas, California, Washington, Kansas, and Colorado. SightLine Health was listed on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing private companies in the US for five consecutive years, and in 2010 was named the fastest growing company in Houston by the Houston Business Journal and the fourth fastest growing healthcare company is the US by Inc. Magazine. After a 2-year journey of infertility, TJ resigned his position as the CEO of SightLine Health on a mission to ensure that patients coming after he and his wife would not have many of the same frustrations they experienced. TJ maintains his position on the board of directors of SightLine Health and remains engaged in the continued success of his first company. TJ also sits on the board of directors of Mammoplan, the developer of a women’s health app, and CureDuchenne, a non-profit dedicated to finding a cure for Duchenne muscular dystrophy. TJ holds a BA in Government and a BS in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He was named one of Houston’s 40 under 40 in 2011 and he was the 2014 winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Healthcare.

Mark has a successful track record with more than 35 years of management and health care experience. Most previously, Mark was the Vice President of Corporate Development for SightLine Health. Mark holds both a bachelor's degree in nursing and an MBA in marketing and management. In his current role, Mark plays an important consulting role to various aspects of Inception Fertility Venture’s holdings. Mark assists the CEO in driving the development of Aspire Fertility’s growth into new markets, evaluates the current development of new subsidiaries, and has spearheaded the development of the mission and organization of The Wyatt Foundation.



Vice President, Chief Information Officer


For the past 16 years Bryan has successfully leveraged his information security and health care operations expertise to streamline processes and reduce overhead. Bryan and his team oversee all aspects of the technology infrastructure of Inception Fertility Ventures and its affiliates. He and his team coordinate and analyze important data within the enterprise that the team uses to make decisions and refine the patient experience model that is the cornerstone of Inception Fertility Ventures. Further, Bryan oversees the ongoing development of all aspects of the Aspire Connect eco-system, a tool that our patients rely on for up-to-the-minute access to information regarding their fertility journey. Bryan is an alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin.



Regional CEO, North Texas


Barbra brings to Inception 15 years of healthcare operations expertise in both physician office settings and hospital/ASC settings. She excels in building trusting relationships, and enjoys marketing and recruiting. She has successfully developed and implemented multiple service-enhancing programs and looks forward to creating the very best service experiences for our customers. Barbra completed her undergraduate work at the University of North Texas and earned her Master’s in Healthcare Organizational Leadership from the University of Texas at Dallas.


Jessica allen-newcomb

Vice President of Business Development



Jessica brings over 15 years of progressive experience in strategic marketing, business development, and brand integration within the healthcare sector. She is the visionary behind several multi-million dollar healthcare partnership initiatives. She has diverse experience across the specialties of diagnostic imaging, radiation oncology and reproductive endocrinology. Prior to joining the Inception team, Jessica was a top producer at one of the largest fertility networks in the nation.
